During the acquisition by ARE Beteiligungen GmbH, m+m Gebäudetechnik GmbH took over all the assets of its insolvent predecessor company. Equipped with sufficient equity capital and thanks to a competitive cost structure, the technical building equipment supplier was able to grow far above average in the period 2018-2023, during which it was strategically and financially accompanied and supported by ARE Beteiligungen GmbH in its establishment and corporate development.
