About us
ARE Beteiligungen GmbH, based in Hanau in the Rhine-Main region, was founded in 2007 and is owned by of the two managing partners. We acquire companies in the DACH region that have created a niche for themselves and provide services in the ancillary construction sector. The aim is to increase the value of the investments in the long term while preserving the identity of the acquired companies. Our business activities are divided into the business areas of waste management services, technical building services, interior fitting services and real estate portfolio. In recent years, our group of companies has grown rapidly thanks to the expertise of our dedicated team, and the existing business areas have been successfully developed and expanded.
